RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

Don’t like the product? Don’t worry, you have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product without further obligations and without giving reasons. You must inform us of this within this period. This can be done via the form that can be downloaded at the bottom of this page, in writing or by e-mail

We will send you an e-mail with a return label that you can print and paste on the return shipment and you will return the product within 14 days after you have informed us to terminate the agreement.

The shipping costs for the return are for your account. Of course you can also return the product yourself.

The product must be returned by us in its original condition and, if possible, in its original packaging. It may have been removed from the packaging and tried out as it would in a shop. Any impairment due to other activities with the product as described above may be charged by us.

As soon as we have received the product back, you will receive the entire purchase amount, including any delivery costs to your address within the EU, directly back from us. Delivery costs to destinations outside the EU will not be refunded. Refunds on transactions via Paypal or Credit Card can take 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery costs higher than the standard delivery costs incurred at your request will not be reimbursed.
