This cactus silk pouf is authentically spun and hand-woven from cactus silk, in Morocco better known as Sabra silk. Sabra silk comes from the natural fiber of the Agave (Aloe Vera) cactus. The yarn that results from this is then dyed with natural botanical pigments. The patterns embroidered herein form symbolic Berber motifs. All this makes each copy unique and of very high quality.
This pouf is also very nice as a dog pillow.
This pouf is delivered unfilled. The large zipper on the underside allows it to be easily filled with cushions or polyether flakes (foam rubber). Old clothing or textiles are also possible, with this they are often filled in Morocco.
